In most cases, yes. We provide free, hand-drawn design sketches as part of your estimate to help you visualize your space and understand our plan.

Absolutely. We’ll walk your yard, ask the right questions, and create a tailored design based on your space, goals, and how you want to use the area.

Yes. Our work is backed by clear, written warranties:

  • Pavers – 2 years
  • Sod – 90 days
  • Shrubs – 60 days
  • Most other work – 1 year

We build things to last and rarely need to return under warranty, but we stand behind our work and are there in the rare case something goes wrong.

Yes. We offer financing through our lending partner, Lyons Financial. Contact us for more details about how you can finance your next project.

While there are exceptions, our typical project minimums are:

  • $5,000 for concrete work
  • $7,000 for landscaping
    projects

These minimums ensure we can provide the level of quality and attention your project deserves.

We provide a detailed design you can submit to your HOA. While we don’t typically handle the approval process directly, most HOAs have no questions once they see the design. We’re here to answer questions if needed.

The design and quoting phase usually takes 5 days. After signing the contract, we complete most projects within a month, depending on the project size, season, and HOA timelines.

Yes. We work primarily with established homeowners looking to tear out and redesign their yard with high-end landscaping, but we have also do a lot of work with new homeowners to design their yard.

Yes. Our team has decades of experience designing landscapes that thrive in Colorado’s harsh sun, dry climate, and shifting soil. We use smart irrigation systems, region-appropriate plants, and proven methods to ensure your landscape lasts.

We don’t offer routine maintenance plans, but we build low-maintenance, high-performance landscapes designed to last.

Yes, we can incorporate landscape lighting, smart irrigation systems, and proper drainage as part of your overall design.

Our work is handled in-house by skilled crews we’ve worked with for years. We don’t sub out parts of your project, so you know exactly who’s working on your property.

Yes, we have extensive experience with commercial landscaping projects, including offices, retail spaces, and multifamily properties. We treat commercial projects with the same attention to detail and craftsmanship that we’re known for with residential projects.
